Centuion Furniture Returns PolicyWe want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from us.
Firstly, we ask you to check your goods carefully before installing and using the them. We also recommend that you make a note of your purchase no, which is contained in the confirmation email and on the packaging of the product you purchased. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that you do wish to return any products you will need to save your original packaging.
What if I change my mind?That's fine. Just return the item to our store, unused in its original packaging within 7 days and we'll arrange for a refund.
If you had the item delivered, let us know that you'll be returning the goods and we'll arrange for a refund when we recieve them.
Items whch have been made to order or altered for you are excluded from the return policy unless proven to be defective.
What if there is a problem with the goods?If you discover a problem within 7 days, contact one of our customer services operators and we will arrange for a repair of the product. If we cannot offer a repair, we will usually give you a replacement.
*Your purchase number on the packaging or order invoice will act as proof of receipt / proof of purchase.
